Knife laws vary by country, state, county, and city. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply where you live and where the knife will be shipped. BJ Knives does not provide legal advice.
Product focus
We primarily sell handmade fixed blades and folding knives. Automatic / switchblade knives have complex federal and state restrictions (including the Federal Switchblade Act). We do not sell restricted automatic knives unless explicitly listed and shippable to your destination under applicable law.
