BJ Knives is a direct-to-consumer knife brand built around a single workshop city: Wazirabad, Pakistan, known locally as the "City of Cutlery" and home to hundreds of small cutlery workshops and thousands of bladesmiths. Every knife we sell — kitchen, hunting, EDC, tactical, or a one-off custom Damascus piece — is hand-forged there, not stamped out on a factory line.
Why we exist
Handmade Pakistani knives have a reputation problem: beautiful patterns, uneven fit and finish. We started BJ Knives to close that gap — sourcing from workshops that care as much about heat treatment, edge geometry, and full-tang construction as they do about the Damascus pattern on the blade. We would rather under-promise and over-deliver on the steel than lean on marketing alone.
What we make
- Kitchen & Chef Knives — hand-forged Damascus and carbon-steel chef, santoku, and utility knives.
- Hunting & Outdoor — fixed-blade hunting, skinning, and bushcraft knives built for real use.
- EDC / Pocket Knives — folding knives sized for everyday carry.
- Tactical / Military — full-tang tactical fixed blades.
- Collectible & Custom Damascus — pattern-welded showpieces for collectors.
- Heritage Blades — traditional profiles rooted in South Asian bladesmithing history.
How we build trust
We back every knife with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee and limited lifetime craftsmanship warranty. We publish real steel specs on our product pages rather than vague marketing terms, and we ship to the United States with duty-inclusive pricing so the total at checkout is the total you pay — see our shipping & duties page for details.
