Limited lifetime craftsmanship warranty
Beyond the money-back window, we warrant each knife against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use. This covers manufacturing defects — not normal wear, improper sharpening, misuse, or damage from abuse.
How to start a return
- Email us via the contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Unused knives in original condition are eligible for a full refund of the product price within 90 days. Shipping costs on returns may apply unless the item is defective.
What is not covered
- Normal edge wear, patina, or discoloration on carbon/Damascus steels from use or moisture.
- Damage from dropping, prying, throwing, or using the knife as a tool it was not designed for.
- Custom-engraved or personalized items (final sale unless defective).
